This was said by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, in a statement made on Sunday, May 22, 2022.

The APC’s National Working Committee (NWC) rescheduled the screening exercise for Monday, May 23, 2022, after it was unable to take place last weekend as planned.

“A new date for the drill will be announced shortly,” Morka added in the statement. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. “

On May 14 and 15, the party inaugurated 17 panels that screened 1,693 candidates, including 145 governorships, 351 senatorial, and 1,197 aspirants, ahead of the party primary.

Meanwhile, the presidential primary is scheduled for May 29 and 30, 2022, at Eagles Square in Abuja.
