Faithia Williams’ heartfelt thanks on Instagram were accompanied by a promise to always remember the kindness shown during her time of sorrow.

She wrote: “Eight days ago, I faced one of the most challenging moments of my life as I laid my father to rest. During this difficult time, your support and kindness have been a beacon of light for me and my family. I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to all who stood by us.

“To @nickycoverings , your talent and dedication shone brightly. The elegant Aso Ebi you crafted for my mother and me was more than just clothing; it was a beautiful tribute to my father’s memory. Thank you for helping us honor him with such grace and elegance.

“To my esteemed bosses and colleagues @iambimbothomas @onilegbalealesh and others who took the time to attend, your presence meant the world to us. Your solidarity and compassion provided immense comfort, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Faithia Williams’ father passed away sometime in April, 2024.
