City striker Erling Haaland has finished as the Premier League’s top scorer for the 2025/26 season, claiming his third Golden Boot in four years.

The Norwegian forward scored 27 goals in 35 league appearances, securing the award despite missing the final match of the season, where City lost 2-1 to Aston Villa.

Haaland’s goals played a key role in City’s campaign, although Arsenal ultimately won the league title. He also had a dominant start to the season, scoring 19 goals in his first 17 matches before a brief dip in form mid-season.

With this latest achievement, Haaland now joins Alan Shearer and Harry Kane as a three-time Golden Boot winner in the Premier League era, sitting just behind Thierry Henry and Mohamed Salah, who have each won it four times.

Brentford’s Igor Thiago finished second on the scoring chart with 22 goals, while Manchester City’s Antoine Semenyo came third with 16 goals.

Other notable scorers included João Pedro (Chelsea), Viktor Gyökeres (Arsenal), Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa), and Morgan Gibbs-White (Nottingham Forest), all of whom featured in a tightly contested top-scoring race.
