The Sourcing and Deployment Officer is responsible for the overall sourcing of Operatives for the business.

He/she will serve as a major contract for the recruitment of physically and medically fit personnel to join our guards’ workforce.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Daily/weekly Sourcing for prospective operations to be trained by the training coordinator.

Poaching/referrals of Operatives for the experienced personnel.

Ensure we have a pool of operatives needed for deployment.
