The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has published the names and photographs of 124 Nigerian nationals on its updated deportation list as part of an intensified immigration enforcement campaign.

In a statement released on its official website on Wednesday, July 8, the department said the individuals were included in what it described as its "worst of the worst" register of criminal non-citizens arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

While the identities and photographs have been made public to highlight ongoing enforcement efforts, the specific timeline for their removal remains undisclosed.

United States immigration authorities explained that the move forms part of a broader, accelerated enforcement initiative. They emphasized that the listed individuals were convicted of serious crimes, though the agency declined to provide a granular breakdown of individual offenses or specific deportation dates.
